Made to order
All Zerras items are made to order. Because of that, please allow [2-5 business days] for production before your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
Estimated delivery times (from order date)
Delivery times vary by country and carrier. Below are typical estimates after your order is placed:
Canada/USA: [Shoes 15–21 business days, Clothing 7-14 business days]
UK/Europe: [15–24 business days]
International: [15–30 business days]
These are typical estimations and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, and seasonal volume.
Tracking
Tracking is included for orders, you’ll receive a tracking link before your package ships. You can also find tracking in My Account → Orders (if you created an account at checkout).
Customs & duties (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are set by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships. Once an order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product type and production location. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates.
Delays
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs, carrier delays, or seasonal volume can extend delivery times.
