At Zerras Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Shoes that have been worn outside are not eligible for return.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Returns are only accepted for orders placed directly through zerrasfootwear.com.
We allow returns for sizing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us at contact@zerrasfootwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a prepaid return label via email.
Print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
If you do not have a printer, we may be able to provide a QR code return label for drop-off at select carriers.
3. Refunds & Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please contact us at support@zerrasfootwear.com before returning your item. We’re happy to help coordinate the best option for you, including reserving the correct size when possible.
In most cases, customers will place a new order and return the original item for a refund once received and inspected.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
